Serith is sent to the surface with a simple purpose: turn men and dwarves against each other for the benefit of her house. She arrives cold, disciplined, and certain of her own superiority — but the human world does not meet her on clean political ground.
As Serith tries to manipulate the court around her, she is pulled into a web of scrutiny, coercive pressure, erotic leverage, humiliation, and compromise. Every concession can be useful. Every useful concession can become a weakness.
Chapter 1 follows Serith's arrival on the surface and her first steps into human power. What begins as a political mission quickly becomes a test of pride, reputation, and control, as the court learns how to watch her, corner her, and use her dignity against her.
Chapter 2 sends Serith north, away from the controlled manners of the court and into colder, rougher ground. An old border post becomes her first real weapon in the mission to turn men and dwarves against each other — but the more useful she becomes, the more men around her start demanding a price.
The sexual pressure becomes more direct in Chapter 2: unwanted touch, humiliation, coercive leverage, and the first moments where Serith's body becomes part of the bargain.
This is a story-focused dark fantasy adult VN with a defined female protagonist, fully voiced dialogue, animated inserts, choice-based tone shaping, reputation pressure, political manipulation, humiliation, male domination, and slow-burn corruption.

This update adds Chapter 2 of Ash and Velvet.
The game is planned as a dark fantasy adult VN about pride, power, humiliation, corruption, and the cost of being useful to the wrong people.
Chapter 1 establishes Serith's arrival at the human court and the first pressure placed on her pride, reputation, and control.
Chapter 2 moves the story north and begins turning her mission into a more concrete political weapon, while also making the costs of her usefulness more personal and harder to keep clean.
This is not planned as a light romance or a simple power fantasy. The sexual escalation is intended to grow darker, more explicit, and more tied to power, status, coercion, corruption, and erotic leverage as the story continues.
The game is fully voiced for all currently released dialogue scenes.
Choices mainly shape tone, reputation, social pressure, memory, and power balance rather than creating large separate routes.
Feedback is welcome, especially on pacing, tone, UI, readability, voice/audio balance, and story direction.
