A wisp of a cloud you once felt through your fingertips as you lay in the tall grass and listened to the careless whispers of the wind? Or, perhaps, a past that you had longed to forget, yet still finds its way to latch onto your back 〈〈 LIKE A PARASITE 〉〉 when you least expect it?
Seoul was supposed to be a fresh start after everything. A new job. A new setting. A new life. It's everything Sora had hoped for, presenting itself with a ribbon tied to his finger to commemorate moving on. Yet, a single phone call brings him back to his home town of Itsuten-ku after having learned of his sister's incapacitance. Many ghosts of a past he'd longed to have forgotten have prevented his journey back for some time, so his view of the city has been chipped and cracked beyond recognition. It's why he isolated himself from that past for so long. And now, the ghosts he's tried to keep locked up are breaking free from the shackles he himself forged.

ka·lei·do·scope is a(nother) sandbox adult visual novel created and directed by me, AustinNot. This novel is currently in active development with around 6 to 8 hours of gameplay and just over 110,000 words in its pilot release. If you enjoy this visual novel and want to see more, be sure to follow the page for updates on the game's status as well as chances to learn more about the story as it progresses.
ka·lei·do·scope is a story-focused visual novel following a single male protagonist and several girls, each with unique personalities and backstories. While there are not many interactions at its current state of development, there is still a plethora of deep story points and character interactions for you to learn about. At its current state, there are around 13 characters for you to interact with and several more planned for future updates.
