In this update, the entire focus is on the transformation event, but due to mounting problems and in order not to delay the update for another month, I had to shorten everything to just the prologue of this event.(Nevertheless, I managed to create 217 images and one simple animation.)
To start the event, you just need to approach Veronika's office from the south wing.

• Transformation into a sock (For Madeline and for Veronika)

• Transformation into a toilet (For all 4 girls)

• Transformation into toilet paper (For Klara, Chika, Madeline)

• As well as transformation into Veronika's food and part of her body

As you correctly understood, the update content is predominantly related to the SCAT filter.

Guides for 0.7 Main Quest: You will automatically receive the quest in the evening in your room, after completing the previous task with Veronika Find the girls in the northern part of the university Return to Madeline's room in the morning Madeline's quest: It will become available after completing the main quest of this update and if you have more than 15 Affinity points. Just talk to her in the morning in her room. During the body exploration, you can only use the Shrink spell (all interactions at full size are lethal) If you step onto her mouth, she will grab you and spit you out onto the next part of her body (if you haven't shrunk further, otherwise she won't even notice as she swallows you) When you try to go lower towards her crotch, she will squeeze you with her breasts and you will have the opportunity to interact with her nipple to continue on your way. After you pass this stage with her breasts, you can go even lower, where you will need to arouse her several times beforehand (you will understand when you reach this goal). After you have aroused Madeline, you can interact with her pussy again and go to the Daily route, or step on her anus (after this ending, you will see a black screen). Added a continuation of the storyline with Miss Veronica
Added Struggle events for Klara (CV), Chika (AV), and Madeline (UB).
Each of them has 4 stages of the day, and you will move along with them.
Losing these events only happens if you run out of stamina or decide to fall asleep yourself.
I’ve seen that some other updates include the number of images added, so… well, 385 (though, with an asterisk, not all are full-screen images).

Basically, this includes only the scenes of all the characters returning to their university dormitory, with each scene depending on how you concluded the previous part of the story.
You either return with Klara: Foot scene, Stomach Scene or CV minigame
with Chika: Stomach Minigame, BV minigame
or with Madeline: UB minigame, AV minigame

Scenes with mini-games have several branching outcomes, some significantly different, while others are not as much. There is also seamless filtering of these options through the Scat filter, where any undesirable content will simply be replaced with a lighter version.

• Third chapter of the prologue: here the main character learns how to protect himself from the harmful effects of bodily fluids using a spell and learns to shrink even further.
• 1 foot event (non-fatal).
• 1 body exploration: one BV event and one OV event.
• 1 AV: with Klara.
• 2 CV: Klara and a temporary character.
• 3 OV: Madeline, Waitress, Chika.
  The waitress has a full tour that evolves into a couple scenario with Futa.

• A morning section with outcomes based on your nighttime choices has been added.
• Two small animations have been added.
• A toggle for Fart content has been added in the settings menu.
• At the start of the game, a difficulty selection for Struggle events has been introduced.
  Just a reminder that this part (v0.2) was originally supposed to be released along with update 0.19, but to avoid delaying it for too long, I decided to finish it a bit later.

-There was supposed to be a morning scene as well, but it's being postponed for now.
