Hello and thank you for checking out my game!
I'm Haptales and I'm making RomCom: Divergence, a 18+ VN.
I’m currently working on this project in my spare time, so please don’t expect quick updates.

Since this is my first time making a game, I’m open to any advice you have.
Also, English isn’t my first language, so I’d really appreciate it if you could report any awkward sentences or typos.

FAQ

Q: How to trigger the Christmas event?
A: After playing through Chapter 4, go to the Student Council room and look for Hap-chan (Game Info → Characters → Hap-chan), then trigger the event by clicking on the Christmas decorations.

Q: Is there NTR?
A: This isn't an NTR game, though defining what is and isn't NTR can be a real headache.

Q: How does the Multiple Protagonist tag work?
A: Each episode will feature its own protagonist, with each episode consisting of several chapters.
For example, Episode 1 will be centered around your character, and it will have at least 5 chapters

Q: I don't like the Multiple Protagonist and Female Protagonist tags!
A: Me neither! And that's totally okay!
Episode 1 will have a proper ending, so you'll be free to drop the game without any remorse once it's finished.

Q: Is X avoidable/skippable?
A: Uninstalling the patch will remove all sexual content. ( * )
Certain choices may help you avoid specific scenes, but this isn't the type of game where you can filter everything to your liking.

Q: Kinetic novel tag?
A: Choices and multiple endings are planned, but the game is still in early development.
As of version 0.1.3.1, no meaningful in-game* choices are present.

Q: Why is the H-patch size so big?
A: It contains all the players' hopes and dreams.

H-Patch:

The H-Patch add explicit content to the base game.
When applied, game version changes from X.X.X.X to **X.X.X.Xp
You don't need it if your game version already end with 'p'.

Android: You can enable or disable the patch in the Preferences menu. By default, the patch is disabled.**

If you encounter any errors in future updates, please check that your patch is up to date.

Installation:
Extract and put patch.rpa inside game folder.
To uninstall, simply remove patch.rpa.

It's recommended to start a new game after installing or removing the patch (some dialogues might not make sense otherwise).
